Ingredients

  • Sushi rice (cooked)1 cup
  • Almond butter1 tbsp
  • Honey2 tsp
  • Salt1 pinch
  • Coconut oil1 tsp

Instructions

1. Cook sushi rice according to package directions. 2. Mix in almond butter, honey, and a pinch of salt. 3. Press into a small container or wrap in parchment paper. 4. Cut into small squares before your race. Eat one square (about 1 inch) every 30-45 minutes during long efforts.
